As our first post we’d like to introduce an easy popular Filipino dish known as Adobo. For those of you out there that are extremist in being lazy, this recipe calls for one pot from start to finish…. Awesome!
Ingredients:
-2 boneless Chicken filets
-1/2 cup Soy Sauce
-1/2 cup Vinegar
-1 Tsp of Veg. oil
-1/2 white Onion
-2 pc. of Bay Leaves
-1 clove of Garlic
Recipe:
1. Cut chicken into cubes/strips. Cut onion into strips. Mince garlic clove.
2. Heat a deep pan with oil and fry the garlic and add onions. Cook until the onions are caramelized. Then add chicken and stir fry till cooked.
3. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 mins.
4. Serve over rice…
